| Experience |
Steve Ross, a shareholder, joined the firm in the year 2000.
Mr. Ross’ practice has focused on labor and employment issues. Over the past 15 years, he has represented individuals, public-sector unions, non-profit organizations and small companies in a variety of employment matters.
He has represented clients in cases involving allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, and breach of employment contracts.
From 1980-1984, he served as Counsel to the Washington State House of Representatives Labor Committee. |

| Community Involvement |
| Mr. Ross is a volunteer attorney for the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project, representing clients in political asylum proceedings. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Cancer Lifeline, Friends of the University of Washington Libraries, The Little School, and the Burke-Gilman Place Public Development Authority. |
