Experience
Andrew Rapp joined the firm in December 2008.

Mr. Rapp’s practice focuses on real estate and business transactions. His real estate practice includes commercial and retail leasing for landlords and tenants, purchase and sale agreements, easements, commercial real estate development, construction agreements, and commercial financing. His business practice includes acquisition and sale, entity formation, general counsel services, non-profit advising, and drafting a wide range of business contracts.

Mr. Rapp’s experience also includes complex commercial litigation, including serving as a law clerk for two years at the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division II.


Community Involvement
Mr. Rapp coordinates a legal clinic for artists with the Washington Lawyers for the Arts and is a content editor for the Washington Lawyers Practice Manual. He also serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations including Associates in Cultural Exchange and is a council member of Central Lutheran Church in Seattle.
