Experience
Terry Hall joined the firm in February 2000 and became a shareholder in January 2001. From August 1981 to January 2000 he practiced with the Seattle firm George, Hull, Porter & Kohli, P.S. He has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating. He is admitted to practice in both Washington and Oregon.

Mr. Hall has substantial experience in the representation of individuals, companies, homeowner associations, and nonprofit organizations in toxic tort, products liability, construction defect, and employment cases on a local and regional basis. He has devoted a substantial portion of his practice in the defense of contractors and manufacturers in asbestos-related lawsuits and has tried numerous cases to verdict in Washington and Oregon. Mr. Hall’s practice also includes representing individuals, companies and organizations in environmental matters and general commercial litigation.

Community Involvement
Mr. Hall is a former Peace Corps volunteer, having served in Afghanistan from 1973 to 1975, and is Past Moderator of First Congregational Church of Bellevue. He is a past trustee of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers and serves on the King County Superior Court Panel of Arbitrators. Mr. Hall is a member of the Board of Directors of the Leadership Institute of Seattle and Friends of Youth and the Board of Governors of the Harbor Club.

Washington State Bar Association; Oregon State Bar Association; American Bar Association; Washington Defense Trial Lawyers; Defense Research Institute; and Federal Bar Association. Mr. Hall also has been admitted pro hoc vice in Montana and Alaska.

Education
University of Virginia, B.A. (1972); University of Puget Sound (now Seattle University), J.D., cum laude (1980). From August (1980) to July (1981) Mr. Hall served a clerkship with Division II of the Washington State Court of Appeals.
