The members of the estate planning and administration section of WP&B are qualified to analyze clients’ estates and desires regarding life and end-of-life issues and to recommend and prepare the documents necessary to carry out the clients’ wishes and goals. Particular attention is paid to estate and income tax matters and efficiency of administration. Their goal is to ensure that property is managed and passes quickly, efficiently, and without unnecessary taxation.
- Elder Law – The members of the estate planning and administration section of WP&B are also qualified to assist families with long-term care planning for the elderly and disabled.
